Prices 2013

Prices are quoted per room per day and include the overnight stay and buffet breakfast, and are inclusive of taxes, services and 10% VAT. Prices for half board and full board are available on request

All offers include:

• Use of the swimming pool with lounge chairs and sun beds
• Bathing towel for the swimming pool
• Air Conditioning
• Wireless Internet connection in all rooms
• Private external parking
• Small dogs free of charge

Paid services:

• Sauna - depending of 'time
• Côte d'Azur and typical Ligurian village excursions
• Guided hiking excursions
• Transfer to and from the Nice Airport
• Covered parking

Check-in: 15:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS:

No charge will be made in the event the booking is cancelled within three days prior to arrival. Following this term, or in the case of early departure, a charge of one night will be applied to the price agreed upon.

REDUCTIONS:

• Payment in cash on arrival – 3% discount on the price of the stay
• Children up to 5 years free of charge (maximum 1 child per room)
• Children from 6 to 13 years; extra bed Euro 30.00 per day
•Teenager from 14 years and adults; extra bed Euro 50.00 per day
